Processing time

We will endeavor to send you your order the same day it is placed however if not it will be the next business day.

A tracking number will be sent once the order is shipped. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Please note we do not deliver to post boxes.

Returns 

If you are not happy with the product or if you would like a size exchange just email us at hello@dearmumma.co.nz and we can send you a return label to print so you can return these to us. 

 

Selecting your size

If you are concerned about size when choosing your Dear Mumma garments add a note in at the cart and we will include a returns bag and label so you can easily send these back if you need to swap sizes.
